Our Basketball Manual provides current owners of the dForce Trainer the program instructions for Basketball training on the dForce Trainer.

The Basketball workout program contains exercises that builds muscles, muscle memory, muscle speed and strengthen muscles for your shooting posture, timing, tempo, rhythm, consistency, reliability, repeatability, control, quickness and shooting touch. 

Our shooting program develops the transition motion to obtain a quicker release, it all starts with getting the ball into the shooting position quicker ...this is the one thing that is hardly ever taught.  The transition workout will increase your overall body to arm coordination quickness for shooting.
