Vertical Jumping Manual
 
Our Vertical Jumping Manual provides current owners of the dForce Trainer the program instructions for vertical jump training on the dForce Trainer.

The Jumping workout program contains exercises that builds muscles, muscle memory, muscle speed and strengthen muscles for Jumping and body quickness for any sport.

The Toe Raise exercise is use for developing the leg muscles for the Jumping.  In order to strengthen the muscles of the legs for high performances sport specific athleticism, the toes, feet, ankles and calves muscles must be developed.

The 6, 12, 18 inch Plyo Boxes exercise is use for developing the knee, quad, hip and hamstring muscles for the Jumping.  Our workout program use a simple step up exercise against resistance for strengthen these muscles for high performances sport specific athleticism.
