General Questions |
Q1. What does dynamic directional
resistance training means?
|
|
We are referring to the emulation training for any sport
specific muscle group against resistance as a functional unit of the whole
body. This allows an athletic through emulation training for their sport to
develop the dynamics for their sport specific muscles as an integrated
collection of simultaneous muscles movements for there specific sport.
To achieve high performance athleticism, you must develop
your sport specific muscles as a group verses muscle isolation development.
Our program builds muscles as a functional unit of the
whole body. In order to strengthen the muscles for high performance
athleticism, exercises that involve multiple joints are essential.
When training for any sport, the closer your exercise
program imitates that sport, the quicker you will improve your athletic
skills for that sport, thus allowing you to excel faster at that sport. Our
program emulates the actual body movement for a specific sport.

Q2. Your advertisement states that your workout programs are high intensity,
and done to the point of muscle
fatigue.
Some Strength &
Conditioning coaches disagree with this approach. What is ET
Training Systems position as it relates to your product for sport
training? |
|
Unfortunately competitive sport
operates at such a high level that some strength & conditioning trainer
have become lost in what sounds good in theory. You cannot develop high
performance athleticism without high intensity training or muscle fatigue
training as a part of your regimen.
As an example, you will not
increase your speed in the 40 yard dash to 4.4 seconds by jogging a mile
everyday. You must have a sprinting workout program, which fall into the
category of high intensity and muscle fatigue training.
Most methodologies for exercising
has its place when it fits the right application. To become an high
performance athlete, high intensity and muscle fatigue workout will be a
part of your regimen if you want to be competitive.
Our product is designed to be
flexible, you can do high or low intensity workouts or muscle fatigue or
non-muscle fatigue workouts. However, the program that comes with the
systems is high intensity and done to the point of muscle fatigue. Our
programs are design for high performance athleticism. |

Q1. You advertise that your training aid produces bat speed
and power instantly, how? |
|
By immediately maximizing your range of
motion and flexibility, your power and speed increases
Instantly. Range of motion
along will give the batter greater
shoulder to lower body separation, which generates greater
torque that lead to greater power.
Flexibility
gives the batter the ability to fire
there muscles quicker and generates more overall body speed
for there batting swing. And finally and most
importantly, developing your dynamic directional
fast twitch muscle fibers
for your batting
mechanics, is what separates our system and workout program
from everyone else. |
|
|
Q2. What is the average gain in bat speed
and how long does it take?
|
|
Base on the customers
we keep in touch with, they have seen a 5 to 15 mph gain. All of our
customers achieved an immediate gain in power and bat speed on there first time use.
This power and speed gain was create by the gain in range of motion and
flexibility. On a long term use, our customer survey shows a 5 to 15 mph bat speed
gain. Your gain in batting speed is relative to your workout habits, desire
and heart. |
|
|
Q3. You advertise your product
as the alternative to steroids, how so? |
|
Steroids is a muscle growth enhancement drug. Our system develops

By the time it
takes for steroids to growth these muscles and for an athlete to workout
and make them useful for the sports of baseball, our system would have
generated more power, speed and dynamic directional fast twitch muscle
fibers for your specific batting mechanics. In addition, our
exercise program builds great posture & balance, timing &
tempo, rhythm & control, superior core strength for awesome body rotation
and superior explosiveness for your batting mechanics.

In principle, the two workout

A few differences
in the two workout programs are as follows: 1. Our system instantly improves
your range of motion and flexibility verse the pool which is strictly a
muscles development workout with no immediate gains.
2. Our program allows the batter to swing naturally and free flowing,
thus, allowing you to properly imitate your specific swing mechanics. 3. Our
exercise program builds great posture & balance, timing & tempo, rhythm &
control, superior core strength for awesome body rotation and superior
explosiveness for your batting mechanics. Many of theses
fundamentals cannot be gain in the swimming pool workout. |

done with a medicine ball?
|

Medicine balls

to target individual muscles or muscle groups. The dForce Trainer is design
to build muscles as a functional unit of the whole body by developing the
dynamics for your sport specific muscles as an integrated collection of
simultaneous muscles movements for your sports specific athleticism.
The Medicine
ball and/or the Roman Chairs are great complements to the dForce Trainer
Baseball Systems. Muscle isolation and muscle dynamic exercises are required to
develop high performance athleticism.

Leg Strengthening
|
|
Q1. What are the different
between your leg strengthening systems?
|
|
The vest
develops the lower back, while the belt targets lower body
development. You do not need the vest for leg strengthening, but it does
have its advantages for building muscles as a functional unit of the whole
body. In order to strengthen the muscles for high performance athleticism,
exercises that involve multiple joints are essential.
As we
continuously seek to improve our programs, we have discovery more and more
about athletes abilities to handle the 18 inch plyo box. Our research has
shown us that most of the athletes cannot handle the 18 inch plyo box for their
first year or 2. We discover through our research that the 18 inch plyo
box is a hard box to master.
One plyo box or
two! The one plyo box system is more for cost. The 12 inch plyo box, which
primarily targets the quads comes with this systems.
The grips are
used for developing the arm pump or arm lift.

Yes, our leg

We do suggest that you do leg curls to strength the hamstrings since our
system primary target areas are the hips, quads and lower leg (toes,
ankles, calves muscles). |
